What about to create section for questions about hacking (help desk) where we can ask questions request tutorials etc..

It is a good Idea, but the problem is we will end up getting too many people asking the same things over and over again.

Well when something is asked more than 10 times for example to make tutorial and send it on thread that is always first with link to those tutorial or make every tutorial in special section

When I post all my tutorials and helping tools (free). I'll make a thread and post links of all tutorials about hacking in it.

I agree, it's also the reason my suggestions for sections was postponed and would be considered later.
