Bisq: A decentralized P2P crypocurrency exchange network - Blink - 09-14-2017 Even though Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, are decentralized, but the places of exchange are usually not. Bisq changes that. Bisq is a peer to peer cryptocurrency exchange, so there is no middleman. One obvious advantage of this is that there is no single point of failure; if Gdax is down, then you can't trade on it, if one Bisq peer goes down, nothing happens. On top of this, all your communications are run through Tor for an extra layer of security.
