DriveDroid is an app where your phone acts like a bootable USB. If you don't have any available USB pendrives, this is the best alternative. Not all ISOs will work but tools like CloneZilla and DBAN worked from my experience. This app also requires root.

This does In fact work as Intended.
Friends of mine Introduced this to me a few weeks ago (I've yet to try It), and they confirmed It's functionality.
