This looks much better than the one before. Keep practicing. Try making the outer glow a little smaller.

These look much more professional.
The square ones look a bit rough, but overall they are much better than before.

Nothing new to add, you are most definitively improving and art only improves with use.
Better than most I have seen being spread across FB and DA.

This is way better than what you first had. Keep on practicing and I'm sure you'll get there. Never forget, there is always room for improvement.
