What kind of aspects do you look for in a person to respect them?

It depends how you define respect.
I see it as "looking up to someone"
Therefore, I respect people who I can learn from.
Especially if someone is more knowlegable than me in general.
PS:I have no idea how the yellow looks on a normal browser, but on mobile it looks great.

Everyone has different qualities, so I can only provide a general statement.
Simply stated, those who don't lie to me, don't pretend to be someone they're not and (whether they agree or not) "listen" to my side of the conversation, have my respect.

I look at it as people that don't treat you like you are worthless. They are nice to you, not mean to you. They don't take things you have said, or have put out there, and laugh about it.
