United has always been a piece of shit when it comes to overbooking.

I dont understand this shit. If the doctor had to work at the hospital the next day, then let him fucking stay on the plane. They should have maybe picked the people that purchased the closet time to takeoff? If you understand that..

People paid for their ticket, they shouldn't be forced off the plane, period.
