I would like to better myself and become a better Admin so I need some feedback from you guys. I dont want to hear the good things. Please only criticize me and tell me what I should improve on.

Well, you fail to listen to the members at times. Public feedback regarding staff is most important. Having a blind faith in your Staff isn't enough.

I do listen to what members tell me regarding LB and I talk to him about the issue privately. I refuse to demote LB because of a few arguments that have happened.

Dont go by what people say. I have already stated when and why I ignore PMs. I only do that if a member is sending me nonsense.

I think your doing your job well.
But to not come to you leaving, take a break at times and just do something that relaxes you. If your over stressed then you will not be yourself. So when you feel things are getting to stressful go outside and take a deep breath and relax then come back with your mind cleared.

Well, I'd say you should be more socializing with the members here, just like you were on FJ! That'd be awesome. I basically sent you a PM saying that, remember? Did you read it or did you stop after reading the first paragraph? Anyhoo.. that's about it. You pretty much became cold towards members on here when you became an admin and I'd like for you to be just like the lounge whore Doom on FJ that no one could ever dislike.
