Kodak was just released from jail on December 1st 2016, and he just landed himself back in jail by breaking probation/house arrest. He allegedly didn't go to court ordered anger management classes and he left his house without permission, breaking his house arrest.

It doesn't take much to violate one's house arrest probation. They tend to be quite strict.
It's not like he killed anyone. No doubt he'll be out and about soon enough.
