N. Korea is warning people that they will test a nuclear missile, they're warning people to evacuate the countries, and they have closed the border with China..
Now, I'm not sure if Kim Jong-Un is retarded, or if he's just a nice guy, either way, why would he warn people BEFORE firing a missile, so they can get out... doesn't he want a war? or does he have beef with the land itself, and just wants to wipe the country out, not its people?
Stall tactic.. Scare tactit... share your opinion.

Honestly, he's nothing more than a bluff. If he fires a nuke in such small land, people WILL die regardless. His excuse will probably be "I told them to evacuate, theres nothing you can do to me if I gave them a warning".

I look at this in the way that he will get people to evacuate then all will go to a city were there is more targets. Like if half of Korea will go to china and to the nearest city to survive he can fire it there and max the deaths.

I don't think N. Korea would attack China, for a few reasons, they would be obliterated, they have a peace treaty with china, and they blocked off the border with China to avoid any Chinese people being injured in the cross-fire.

Doesn't have to be China it can be S.Korea I think the plan is to show that N.Korea has the power and so it wants to bring fear to people round the world.

Don't believe any of it currently. Kim might be arrogant, but he isn't completely stupid. Firing at South Korea, Japan, or Guatemala (US military base) would cause all hell to break loose. There's already visible tension between China and NK after all of NK's stupid mistakes and threats, so China wouldn't even be an issue. NK is by themselves in this world, they have absolutely no "true" allies. They trade with China, their current relationship isn't much stronger than ours.
