I can't remember the email address I used when registering with Sinisterly some time back.
When I looked into my profile all I can see is the entry for NEW email address when you need to change.

@Aeolian has provided you with the best option, but If I may, I'll state the obvious here.
When you click on "UserCP (Icon) > Control Panel" and under "Your Account Summary", do you see your email address there?
