Do You Meditate? - Botanicals - 02-04-2017 I try to meditate at least several times a week, and do basic breathing exercises multiple times a day. It's a part of my religious/spiritual practice. Do you meditate? RE: Do You Meditate? - Wolfsschanze - 02-04-2017 Yes I do, it's also part of my spiritual practice. Do you perform Kundalini by chance? RE: Do You Meditate? - Air - 02-04-2017 I meditate once per day in the morning and often times will do so in the later day depending on stress levels. I find it helps significantly in my decision making and overall makes me more calm. RE: Do You Meditate? - zorrophreak - 02-04-2017 Although I have issues in maintaining it, I try my best to meditate prior to going to bed, both for spiritual recollection, but also for increased dream recall and such. Throughout the day I perform light, quick meditations and a good bit of energy work as well. (02-04-2017, 06:17 PM)Aeolian Wrote: I have never meditated nor do I plan too. This is a problem for me, although I usually push through it. RE: Do You Meditate? - Hoss - 02-06-2017 Sometimes I lie still without breathing for as long as I can, sometimes becoming very light headed or blacking out... does that count? |
