How do you grind through a job?

I land this coding job and there's just so much shit.
I don't even know what to do.
Even the other contractor is saying the same thing.

Pester people. I guess that's the only answer.

Don't be afraid to ask. As a new guy it's going to take you time to learn the code base. Heck, it took me nearly 4 months to learn the whole codebase of where I'm at now. Just be persistent but dedicated - there's nothing wrong with using some of your own time to help yourself at work

As with any "new" job, you're never comfortable right from the get-go, no matter how much knowledge you possess.

Everything from It's structure, personnel, strategies and formulation and right down to familiarity, play a major role In how you present and perform your job. In the beginning It's somewhat scary, but once you establish yourself, formulate and create your very own routine, the work flow will become second nature.

By the sound of things, you're at the very early stages of employment. Give It time and try not to manifest negativity. There's nothing wrong with being wrong (everybody does and will continue to make errors), It's what you do thereafter to correct yourself that counts.
