Tools (not necessarily RATs, but the same technique can be used) like the Mirai BotNet compile slaves for all CPU architectures (Servers are distributed separately), so it's technically cross-platform.

You can't talk in the name of Allah!
You are being disrespectful to god and you will burn in Jahannam for this!

What part didn't you understand?
The bot master compiles an individual binary for the platforms they want.
For example: let's say you have a botnet and your targets are Windows and Linux users, you write your RAT in C for example. Than you need to compile the RAT, but because you need it to work on 2 platforms you compile individual binaries for every platform you want to target.
So, you take your C code and compile it for the windows platform:
Code:
/opt/mingw32/bin/i686-w64-mingw32-gcc /pro/rat.c -o /pro/rat-w32.exe /opt/mingw64/bin/x86_64-w64-mingw32-gcc /pro/rat.c -o /pro/rat-w64.exe
Now you have "rat-w32.exe" for 32bit windows and "rat-w64.exe" for 64bit windows
Then you compile binaries for the Linux platform:
Code:
/bin/gcc -m32 /pro/rat.c -o /pro/rat-l32.o /bin/gcc -m64 /pro/rat.c -o /pro/rat-l64.o
Now you have 2 additional binaries for linux users.
You could take a step forward and compile for ARM, MIPS or anything else you want to target.
If you still don't get something, just ask.

Really thank, my question was while we make a server directly will work on the operation systems?
If yes, how?
But you said while we make a server we will choose the operations target, it' means we have to make a server for each target Thank you.
I didn't understand you know what means Basmala?
