Installation instructions - Inori - 12-21-2016 Does it piss anyone else off that the majority of hardware companies don't bother to localize their shit and end up shipping with glorified IKEA instructions for installation on products that often cost hundreds of dollars? Spent the most stressful half an hour of my life figuring out how the hell my CPU cooler's backplate was supposed to fit on my case
RE: Installation instructions - Nyx - 12-21-2016 I enjoy building PCs but aftermarket CPU coolers give me cancer and AIDs in a bundle package. RE: Installation instructions - mothered - 12-21-2016 Unless I really have to, I avoid reading the Installation Instructions shipped with the goods. You've nailed It with "IKEA Instructions". It's as though you need an engineer's degree to read and assemble as per their documentation and Illustrations. RE: Installation instructions - Bish0pQ - 12-22-2016 Yeah installation instructions can be very confusing sometimes. I usually look it up on YouTube or one of those "Unboxing" videos, most of the time they install it immediately and I look from there. That's far from ideal as well though, since every PC is different. |
