Canadian Air Force veteran killed in training - Inori - 11-30-2016 Captain Thomas McQueen, a 10-year RCAF veteran, was killed after his CF-18 crashed near Cold Lake, Alberta during a training exercise. According to interviews with Hamilton residents and Air Force officers, Cpt. Why Is It that tragedies/deaths seem to predominantly happen to those who serve a positive role to the community and (In this case), their country.
