How to properly clear cache on chrome - Rikka - 11-22-2016
Using this will clear your cache fully & it will be reset as it was originally, since the normal one in settings doesn't always work.
Just click "Clear host cache" and ctrl + f5 the site your trying to access or need anything to be changed stylewise.
