As I mentioned previously in my article Introduction to Real-Life Vampirism, psychic vampires need to feed off the energies of others. It’s simply their nature. This article is meant to provide two feeding techniques that a few of my vampire friends use.

I don't believe in vampires who turn into bats and stuff like that but I heard people can feel the need to drink blood for the iron or something.

"Psychic Vampires", also known as "Sirens" throughout different mythologies. Creatures that feed upon the life-force of living beings. However, compared to mythologies such as "Sirens", this entire "Vampire" thing is beyond horrible. The first mention of "Vampires" in human history, at least the first recorded that we know of, is a fictional book about a lesbian vampire that used her looks to seduce other woman and drink their blood. The second recorded story is a well known one, Dracula.
