So I deactived my Sprint phone service (galaxy s6) a while ago and had to resort to hangouts for more than a year, via wifi connections only.
I began doing a hardcore search for alternate carriers besides Sprint, Verizon, AT&T, T-mobile, etc. Some of my main prerequisites were that it had to have BYOD, and no VIOP shit.
I finally came across the ONE, RingPlus.
I'm literally paying $6 dollars a month and I get unlimited call, unlimited text, unlimited mms, and 500mb of data. It gets better. RingPlus uses Sprint towers for LTE 4G connections, so no bullshit there. Plus no contracts. And theres a bunch of cool features no other carriers have. They have a bunch of other plans but this one fit me because i barely use data.
All you need is a Sprint phone, or cdma compatible device. If you don't have that, the site will hook you up. I used my galaxy s6 from sprint and It literally took 1 min to activate my phone after payment.
I'm not promoting their shit for my benefit, I just wanted to genuinely help those who pay shitload of money for no reason.
