Hi
I think I'mma die, man.
I have had so many problems with my health lately.
Such as this shortenage of some acid thing and whatever.
I also feel dizzy sometimes and shit and I am tired as hell but can't sleep so I stay up for hours.
My right lung hurts a lot when I breathe.
And some shit but that private
So yeah, I think my end is soon

I had a swollen heart a few months ago which is lethal, i didnt die so im sure you are fine bro.
