Here is the fix up. There are 3 version which one looks best ( the T is the difference )

Better. isn't the water mark suppose to go over the top of the design since someone could easily take this?

Just watermark them to save yourself the trouble of going through legal work, it's not worth the time when you could just watermark it. Also I think V3 is the best
