The actual speed Is "30x". Let's calculate this.
The duration of this video Is "3.01" minutes. Let's say the speed Is "30x". The Bee Movie running time Is 1h 31mins @"91" minutes. 30x3.01= 90.3, meaning: "90 minutes and 30 seconds" In real time. That leaves a 30 second variance. Perhaps they left out one line of the movie.
I actually enjoyed watching It, purely for the fact to see how they crammed an entire movie In a 3 minute window.

Jerry Seinfeld Is one of my favorite actors and I was planning on watching the movie when It was released. 9 years later, and I've yet to watch It.
