(Re) Introduction - The_Joker - 08-12-2016

Hi everyone!

My account's been here for a while (I think I registered when it was still anarchyforums), but I haven't really been active for a year or so.

I'm a professional software developer, as well as a computer (*not exactly, but close enough) engineering student from Canada. My personal interests are in InfoSec, autonomous systems, and image processing. Besides my coursework, I'm currently working on building a head-tracking webcam rig, including the hardware design.

I have a decent amount of experience in C++ (coursework, plus an encryption library I'm building), but my professional work has been more python and javascript (primarily NodeJS). As well, I've done a fair bit of work with Linux-based systems, including work as a sysAdmin.

Anyway, I'm hoping to pick up some security tips and tricks here, as well as help to keep my finger on the pulse of security these days. Cheers guys!

Unless another member shares the same username as yourself, I have seen you on other forums as well.

I enjoyed reading your Intro, particularly the fields you specialize and have Interest In.
Welcome back.

Well considering my name isn't that original, and holds a bit of "prestige" for scriptkiddie wannabees, someone else probably used the name name as me.
