dog knocked door down and attacked my mom - typhoid - 07-24-2016
On Friday I heard my mom screaming and i ran downstairs and there was a dog attacking my dog in the fucking living room.
i tried to find a hammer but all i could find was a frying pan i shuld have went for the knives tbh but i was panicking and there was no time to waste so i grabbed the first thing i could find to use as a weapon and i beat the fuck out of it with the pan with all my strength as hard as i could holding it with both hands then chased it out of the house and halfway through the yard.
i wanted to keep going after it but my mom was screaming at me to come back and helping her was more important tbh
there was blood all the fuck everywhere i thought it was from my dog at first but what happened was that other dog broke through the door and attacked my mom and fucked her up pretty good on the arm and the hand. she says she thinks it got her down to the bone.
my dog basically got the other dog off her by going for its neck and stalled for time. my dog got bit in the leg and the neck but wasnt anywhere near as bad as my moms wounds. we took him to the vet though to make sure and get him fixed him and hes going to be OK. hes a hero tbh. if he didnt do what he did my mom might be dead right now and if i wasnt here to save him he could have got fucked up a lot worse cause my dogs half the size of the dog that attacked us and he was started to lose the fight by the time i got there with the pan. .
spent about an hour and a half or so cleaning blood off fucking everything while my dads was takin her to the hospital.

there was a lot more blood than just in these pics and this would have been a whole lot worse if me and my dog werent here.. there was blood ont he tables and in the ktichen and bathroom and on the walls too. and all through that lamp shade. there wasnt even that much blood when i got stabbed in 2012. this shit is madness.the dog in the pic is mine,t he one that helped me save my mom.i bent that pan in two different directions and its bent inward inside. completely useless now . you can see part of the door that the dog broke down on the porch in one of the pics.
my mom got deep lacerations on her arm near the wrist area. she has to go back to the doctor today to see if its going to heal up right. if not th ey have to hospitalize her.
tldr a dog knocked the house door off the hinges and tried to kill my mom and me and my dog kicked its ass

Your mum Is extremely lucky that her Injuries are not life-threatening.
There's been many cases where dog attacks have resulted In deaths. I wish your mum all the very best with a speedy recovery. Unless I missed It completely In your post, did you happen to locate the dog's owners? It's their responsibility to keep the dog In a safe environment, therefore they're the ones responsible for the attack.

my parents should sue them tho cause theyre rich af and a couple grand easily and tbh the guy could do jail time if my parents pursued it legally but i dont think theyre going to

That's good, funding all medical costs Is the least they could do.
Litigation can turn rather ugly, and given they're rich, they'll probably have the finances to get good legal representation. I'm not saying the legality side of things Is not an option, but you need to weigh up the costs and effects prior to commencing a possible law suit.

I am very sorry to hear this! I really hope you're mom will be alright and I think you're dog is a legend. It's amazing what he did.
Well done you also for being there. I'm glad the pair of you managed to get it away. Have the vicious dogs owners said anything to your family about the incident yet?
Getting them to pay medical expenses is the least they can do.

yeah the owners said they are going to pay for everything
the guy said he was going to shoot the dog but i dont think he has cause i haven't heard any gunshots
