Gamerscore as a Tournament Prize? - Lincoln Burrows - 03-26-2013
I was wondering if on top of getting a award for winning a Gamers Tournament would you guys also like to receive Gamerscore? The way it would have to work is either users have to pay to get in to the tournaments and that gs goes to the winner or each member of gamers will put gamerscore in for the winner.
Which do you guys want us to do?

I feel that instead of 1 person getting the gamerscore, maybe the top 3 get the gamescore split 3 ways.

That would only work if a lot of GS was put into the tournament. I wouldn't want to give like first place 500 then 300 then 200, unless that is fair lol.

Well, it wouldnt be fair for all participants to throw their money away because only ONE person got the gamescore. Maybe 1st AND second split it 50/50.

First place should always win more. Also that's why there is the option for all gamer members to put money into it. It takes no time at all to get 100 GS so maybe that will be the amount each gamer member would have to pay.

Good idea. I can easily give the winner a set amount of GS of your choice for when they win. I have no issue with that, if you don't want to go with your way of doing it.

I think we can combine both of our ideas some how. I sort of want the Gamer members to contribute there Gamerscore but also you putting up a amount would be good to. I guess we will see how many people we accept in Gamers and then go from there. If there is only a few we will do your idea, if there is a bunch we can do mine.
