Employee monitoring - Kelly Monty - 05-27-2016

How can I monitor my employees when they are using their work computers? I am running a small company with about 15 employees and they are using Macbook. How about Easemon?

I don't know if teamviewer works on Mac but you can look it up.
Teamviewer lets you see (and control) other computers

Teamviewer should work for Mac OS X, also I believe Apple has monitoring and provisioning configuration for iPhones (probably for Mac too).

Kickidler does the job extremely well.

You will be able to view your employee's activities In real-time, as well as record every keystroke. In terms of a Mac, there's two files that must be Installed- the "Viewer", which Is on your PC to view activity, and the "Grabber" which Is Installed on the systems you wish to monitor.

There's no cost for up to 6 devices. Let me know If you need assistance with It's overall setup.

I just checked it out. Seems really good, I was curious as to how the employee performance metric system works. Based on activity on computer, Window title grabbing based on a list of company software or?

Simply put, you'll see the exact activity as what the other PC Is performing In real-time. It's as though you're physically there.

Here's what to expect once It's up and running. I'm viewing my target's system on my remote PC. Obviously, there's a lot more to It.
