Board-wide stickies - Inori - 05-14-2016
For big, important announcement or competition threads (stuff like MoTM polls, merges, or group recruiting), staff should be able to set a kind of global stickied thread, if you will. Similar to the stickied threads in subforums, but on the main page.

I must say, I like this suggestion.
The way It currently stands, the nature of some threads (due to their Importance), can be easily overlooked. I know I've completely missed a few here and there.
I'm all for It.

There's an announcement channel on Discord, but not everyone uses it.

Global Announcements can easily be placed on Index by simple template edits. ModCP announcements can be used to display stickied threads on each forum section.

Or you could do what above says and make a announcement by editing the Index or header template.
