I am not a black hat and this tool is great.
I have never heard of harvester.py
This website helped me out a lot, so I go with that.

The "harvester.py" is widely used between linux users. I have somewhere an older but better scrapper.
You can paste the text to extract the emails, remove the duplicates, and format the ouput result.
