I would recommend the second method, its easier.

I'm about to re-write a tutorial I saw on how to Verify a PayPal - though it will be a few days before it's fully verified (sends two small payments you must confirm.)

I'm about to re-write a tutorial I saw on how to Verify a PayPal - though it will be a few days before it's fully verified (sends two small payments you must confirm.)

Okay, I'm gonna start working on making an updated guide on how to Verify a PayPal account with fake info. Tongue
It'll be linking a bank, that is fake, to it.
