This isn't a Botnet or a RAT, shouldn't it be in like Hacking Tools?

Also this version is bounded. Meaning its been bounded with a RAT. So beware.

Yeah but this tool is useful for Botnets and Rats ;p
Yea just look on scan but i use it and everything is fine.
