Fastest 2.4km/1.4mile run - Red_SF - 01-15-2016
What are your guys fastest run time for this distance? The entry level for basic training is 12:30 and by the end of it you should have 10:30 i currently run it in 8:25-8:45.

Fastest I can run is running out of breath getting up the stairs. Well anyway sounds like you doing good at ur training then.

I want to get back under 8min mark about 7:45 is what i was at before my injury, When i was at my worst i was running it in 12min lmao i'm still running well injured aswell it's just nearly healed. My aim is to get in the 100s club well in the Army.
