Overlaying Syrian Flag - Kotomi - 11-21-2015
In light of recent events and the France flag overlay being so widely used, I'm looking for more users to use the Syrian flag overlay. It's only fair we show respect for the innocent Syrians that have been bombed and MURDERED by the super powers.
If you cannot do this, or don't know how, I'll do this for you if you message me the Avatar or Image you'd like overlayed.
