I have no clue on what to code in PHP. Any suggestions? (Skype Resolver Tools wise or something that is really needed the most - I'll try and code it)
Maybe something based off a 'bomber' like I did for the SMS Bomber..

You would go to login.php enter the admin info
Enter username uid and rate number 0-100
Then it would generate an image with all the info

Don't make another Skype resolver there are loads of working quality sources out there. Are you looking at making a profit or trying something new?
