I tested only ultimatefreehost.in, install wordpress and this theme.
I do not think that it is unlimited but the speed is good.
I like cpanel and supports FTP, don't like rules.

In my opinion these are not very good sites but if your desperate or in need of temp hosting i guess you could use these sites.

I wouldn't use free hosting as it is usually very slow or some type of scam.
