Well sometime i have questions, and just don't find a section to get support... And obv it isn't smart to post directly into a section.
E.g: i wan't to know something, but the marketplace are for sales,, so if u see question in it, its obv weird

PM a staff member asking what section they should post in if needs be. We don't need a whole new section just because you don't know where to correctly post your threads.

I think he means support for the individual forum platforms. For example, a place to seek help for MyBB, vBulletin, XenForo, etc.
FOR OP: A support section is not needed for forum software here because you can get official support on the boards - like MyBB.com

FOR OP: A support section is not needed for forum software here because you can get official support on the boards - like MyBB.com
You may ask questions about forum softwares in their correct sections.
