Ceo and president of Nintendo Satoru Iwata had died at the age of 55 from cancer in his bile duct. It is unkown to the gamoing industry and possiby Nintendo Co. ltd who will be the new head of the company.

This is really a sad day for gaming. Iwata was one of the only higher-ups of a gaming company who actually understood gaming, and the development process. He was raised as a gamer himself, and became a designer and worked his way all the way up to CEO. He didn't come from a business background. No, he came from a gaming background. He knew gaming, coding, and design better than anyone. That's why he was so special. I think we have truly lost a unique individual in the gaming world today. Do you think the CEO of EA went to anything but business school? I doubt it.
