So yeah I coded this plugin a while back. It will block multiple proxies and will block ALL tor exit relays (thanks dan me co uk for the tor relay list) We used it for a while but I disabled it because of the Raiders coming in. And I decided to just keep it off.
Anyways, I want this plugin to be an Alphas exclusive, so you have to PM me for it.
