Okay, so you are walking down the street, there's a old homeless guy with a carton asking for money but he is asleep, there's a 100$ bill in there and he's sleeping, are you capable of taking off with that 100$ bill? Why or why not?

I mean, it all depends on the situation, if the guy's a crackhead and wants to buy it for drugs and ect, then I think its for his own good, and mine. Though if he's homeless, and he wants help to example, see his familly, buy food and ect, I would wake him up, do like Bro? and then tell him to be more careful next time.

If i saw a 100 dollars laying around there then i would just put the 100 dollar bill in his pocket or something.

Well I would wake up him and give that money back to him as he need it more badly then me or anyone else as he need to bring food for his family and I would give extra money too.
