Xbox 360 controllers disconnecting - Wonders - 02-27-2013

I have 2 brand new wireless controllers and they keep d.cing. I have tried new batteries, different types of batteries and both controllers but the same shit happens. Just keeps disconnecting during the middle of online games and whatnot.

Any ideas?

Turn off vibration settings and it should be sorted. Sounds stupid but works for me. It's something that I figured out myself. Enjoy!

Press Xbox Button then preferences or whatever then controller and vibration I believe.

If possible take them back for an exchange. Maybe re sync them to your Xbox and test them on a different console.

Vibration didn't fix it.

I might take them back. Seems strange it happened to BOTH controllers though.

Aww OK, sorry about that. Worked for me on both of my controllers. Don't know what to suggest now then, sorry. Maybe it's your Xbox?

Sorry to hear about this, but I suggest you return them to the place you bought them and get new ones.

Return them and then if you take home another 2 and it happens again it most likely is your xbox.

Maybe the battery pack isn't on tight enough? I know the same thing was happening to my dad and I gave him the pack off of mine and it fit like a glove, and he never had any problems again and he just bought new backs. If they're new though I'd just bring them back and see what they can do for you (exchange, etc).

Doesn't really make sense they're brand new battery packs and controllers.

Doesn't mean they weren't knocked around in the back before purchase or even returned from someone else, but obviously that depends on where they were purchased. Since they're new it doesn't make sense for them to not work but they don't Tongue It's just an idea, things happen.
