The popular website Stack Overflow did a survey in which, they show which are the best paid technologies as off 2015.
On the image, you see the average payment yearly for each one of those technologies.

They are both pretty identical, C# is probably "harder" to master in the eyes of these companies, so they pay those workers more, or the C# dev's are just smarter and scam owners
