Favorite Code Editor? - AFK - 08-22-2015

Well most people uses 'Notepad' to code out things but I usually prefer a 3rd party application to help me get the job done, I normally use Atom or Notepad++.

I only use Atom for Web Development purposes and Notepad++ for for application development (I don't make applications, just use it to mess around with every so often.)

It depends on the project, but for most things, I use Visual Studio Code. From now and then I use Visual Studio for debugging since there are just more tools available to do it efficiently like Application Insights, Diagnostic tools and more which to me is just a handy add-on.

Though code is getting more and more extensions that can do the job just as good.

Visual Studio for applications and library creation, Sublime Text 3 for general scripting and web development.

I would generally use vim for most of the stuff, but every now and then I use Visual Studio Code. Mostly, because I can easily manage my project when it gets to big, usually this happens when working with nodejs, django or other web related stuff.
