I hate people who do that. Make a forum, keep it for a week, then sell it. It's like I told @Maeko I would almost never sale a forum I owned. Unless it was to a person I knew and trusted, and had no other choice but to sell it or shut it down.

- The whole site is inactive.
and at that... I'd sell it to someone who I personally think is best at running it.
