I decided seeing as no one posted it here I would.
Activision is taking advantage of Steam’s free-to-play option this weekend by making the Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 multiplayer portion free-to-play. From now until 1pm PT on Sunday February 24, you can download and play online completely free of charge. And to sweeten the deal, if by Sunday you want to buy the game to carry on playing, Steam is offering you 33 percent off.

That's actually a nice marketing strategy, it's not like a demo or something.
Just play the game these days and if you like it buy it later.
Definetly going to try it out.

Steam always do these sort of things, great for PC gamers and people who are interested in the game but want to try it first.

Theirs still lots of DLCs to come yet so I wouldn't count it out yet.

I was playing it last night and I was expecting this to become a Free weekend cause they did it with MW3 last year. Black Ops 2 will have another 1-2 free weekends after this during the year, usually around 3 months apart I'm pretty sure as they did it with MW3.
Playing it made me realise I can run it and I always thought I wouldn't be able to so now I want to buy it since all my friends have it on there.
