Hello. I am experienced in such field, somehow. Post your questions along with your forum and i'll tell you what needs change. If I bluntly say 'it won't work', that means whatever you do, it won't work in my opinion.

Let me know. To be honest, I can already say much. Such as upgrade contest on Forumkorner and use a misleading title that makes people think it's a FK Upgrade where you post on the contest section and people will enter the forum.

Just make it simple for them. First 5-10 members to post 25 posts recieves King. In the long run, it's worth it.

I would've done that myself aswell but since it's off-site and people haven't registered yet, they'd think 50-80 is much and time-consuming and they figure they won't go through the trouble and they won't join. However, if there was a contest on-site, 50-80 posts is something people would go for since they are already registered.
