Seriously Funny News - Jiggly - 04-30-2016

When browsing some funny news stories I came across this little beauty Here.

Possibly one of the funniest stories I've read about a teacher showing the Human Centipede 2 to his pupils in class. The response from the director is fantastic.

Spoiler:
A teacher has been suspended after allegedly showing school pupils the sadistic Human Centipede 2 horror film during class.

The disturbing film which was temporarily banned in the UK was shown to the horrified high school pupils and a full investigation has now been launched

........

Dutch film maker Tom Six who is behind the bloody horror film became embroiled in the row, and said the teacher would be receiving a signed copy of Human Centipede.

He also said that the film should be shown in schools because it deals with a character who is bullied.

Yeah, but showing it to students? I haven't even watched this movie.

HAHAHAHAHA. never seen it. But if it isn't actual murder, and its not snuff, and its not pornography, theres no problem...right? I actually have no clue, going to watch it tonight though Biggrin

That's hilarious.

I've watched both the first and second Human Centipede (the first Is my favorite) and although It's simply just a movie, It's not something you'd want your pupils to see. I wouldn't class It as a horror movie. It's not scary as such, but more so the concept of the story Is quite disturbing.

I would also be opposed to this as a parent. The second one is far more gruesome than the first in my opinion. A lot more blood, a lot more nudity, and a lot more sick gore scenes.

RE: Seriously Funny News - Jiggly - 05-01-2016

So are we judging this on pure grossness or it's value as a horror film?

I've cried in class at some of the history films we have seen. I am a girl but still. Mostly Holocaust stuff. Schindler's list, The Pianist, that sort of thing.
