Award Suggestion - Aeolian - 04-07-2016

I see we have to Awards dedicated to these countries.

American: This award is for making it unmistakable that you're American.
British: This award is for making it unmistakable that you're British.

Let's be real, Australia is where it's at, we have Australian members here, of course AU being a well known country likewise of America and the UK.

Just a friendly suggestion, thoughts are welcomed.

Get out of here. The only thing you guys have going for you are kangaroos and they're not that great.

Asking for thoughts relevant to the suggestion, not your attempts of racial slurs.

We have alot more then just "Kangaroos", the most common thing Americans say when they have no knowledge of the country at all.

I'm not sure that Australian is quite popular enough. To me it wouldn't make a difference but I don't think there are enough Australians to warrant a new award for it. Russian would be a good example. It's absolutely unmistakable but like, how many Russians are actually here?

It's ok because America will always be bigger, more powerful, economically stable, and technologically developed than Australia will ever be.

Kangaroos is not a racial slur. They are animals. I hope you've learned something today. I can see the Australian education system doing a good job already.

Sorry, but I don't think we can have awards of every country and your country just happens to be pretty insignificant when it comes to well...everything. Except for the kangaroos.

That's great that you're proud of your country. Smile

I'm not proud of my country, but that also gives you a reason to be more humble about yours.

Maybe we will have a kangaroo award though. That'd be cool. It'd be for all the people who want their own countries to be acknowledged o a tech forum. That sounds like a more reasonable approach.

I didn't even know there were American and British awards.

I don't know what to say. If we make an AU award, what will stop others from wanting an award in there country? Is it all that important?

Just my thoughts.

An Australian award would be an idea.

Don't feed the troll. Also, I agree with your suggestion. Australia is getting up there as one of the popular countries.
