Realistically, do you think you will always be a gamer? I guess it depends on how you define 'gamer', but do you think you'll ever stop playing games or lose interest? Why/why not?

I think I'm less of a gamer already than I used to be when I was younger. I think I'll always be a gamer to a certain extent, but I do think that it's going to become more of a casual thing as I grow up. An occasional game here and there is what I'm doing right now, just because I've got more responsibilities and things to worry about now.
The gamer in me still lives though, and probably will continue to do so until I'm old and rotten!

Back about 1 year ago I would of confidentially said I would be because I played at least 7 hours a day, sad I know. But I've kinda given up on gaming, I haven't played my PS3 in about 2 weeks and haven't been on Steam in 2 weeks either, too busy with School and working towards my future job I don't have an interest in gaming really anymore!

I know for a fact that I will always be playing video games no matter what. Video games bring me to much joy for me to just quit.

I'd like to think I would be, even if I only play them every now and then. My parents were really big on gaming when they were younger, and they still play but just not as often.

I wish my parents were into gaming when they were young. It would be really cool to have parents that understand playing video games for hours is a normal thing.

yea i can say i would be a gamer forever i just wont play it as often i barely play today as you grow older you have responsibility and your more out there then you were when you were younger. when i get days off work ill just relax at home and start playing some Ps3 or be on photoshop :3.

I'm not too sure. I keep on going through periods in which I don't feel like playing any sort of game whatsoever, but then there are few times in which I want to do nothing but play games for a few hours. I guess I'll always be a "gamer," but it won't be a as frequent of an activity as it used to be.

I will always be a gamer. I always have fun playing with friends or playing solo. Games and gaming consoles get better and better each year.
