I have earned the illness Mononucleosis (Mono), sometimes called glandular fever in other parts of the world where I'm not from.
This is certainly something I wish I knew I had earlier so I could miss class more, but I didn't know I had it until yesterday.
One of the symptoms that is supposed to come with the illness is loss of appetite, but I'm still eating like a pig.
The doctor told me I didn't have strep throat with it and that was sort of discouraging as strep throat goes away in 1-3 days with treatment/anti-biotics.
This will be a fun finals week.

Probably not as bad as Dengue fever.

I had mono once
My lymph nodes swelled to the point i almost couldn't breathe, and all i could eat was diluted pudding
Two weeks of non stop anime and taking steroids before i was OK

Never had Mono, but had a friend with it. Glad I've not gotten it, hopefully I don't.
