Charlotte vs Code Geass - Pyro-san - 02-19-2016
Okay I'm watching this anime charlotte (about halfway through) and it seems to me that people are comparing the main character (Yuu Otosaka) to Lelouch from code geass.
They're compared because they have similar powers? I don't think this is a fair comparison because Lelouch was a very smart person that used people to his advantage while Yuu used his powers for his own selfish needs and isn't that smart of a person. If you were to compare Lelouch to anyone it would be Light from death note or Sora from no game no life, i feel that those two are better comparison then Yuu.
Does anyone feel that it's a fair comparison or not?

I'd wait to compare those two characters because since you're not all the way done with Charlotte. Towards the end Yuu changes greatly from the way he was at the start of the story. Although I do see some slight similarities

Maybe?

I'd say they have maybe a few similarities but nothing like each other, mainly it's the difference in their thinking/logic.

I'd agree with that, you should update me when you finish Charlotte that way when fully compare both personalities.

I wish I'd seen these shows but I haven't so I'm afraid I can't help the discussion here.
What I did wanna say was - Nice thread! I like reading deeper into shows and how characters are perceived. I'd love to see more of this from members.
