Definitely one of the more overpriced games I've bought, but I'm enjoying it so far. Reminds me of Sims/Sims City in terms of gameplay/mechanics. I don't think it's worth the current pricetag, though.
Anyone else play?

Looks pretty fun in a way although your prisoners dying right before their sentence is up is hilarious.
