Minecraft: Story Mode - Pirate - 01-19-2016
This game sucks major ass. I bought it last night.
I bought 2 out of 5 episodes of the game (Yes, because you buy the game for $5, and then you have to pay $5 FOUR MORE TIMES to unlock the full game.)
The controls suck, and you don't actually have a first person view in any part of the game.
It is not even in Minecraft's regular animation style.

Honestly, the only minecraft "spinoff" I've enjoyed was CastleMinerZ, and even that was pretty shaky. I thought this game was a joke until they actually released it lmao

Mojang already sold out to Microsoft, which lead to the over-exposure of minecraft products you see today (like creeper hoodies, foam pickaxes, etc). Every youtuber known to man has done a minecraft let's play. This stuff screams "money" to companies, and "kill me" to almost everyone else. I don't hate minecraft, I am just burnt out on it.
& Hey, at least now we don't have to speculate.

Pretty much this. I can't stand all of the products they created off of Minecraft. I can't blame n0tch for wanting money, either. However, I don't hold the title in the same esteem I did in 2010-2013.

I can't help but wonder if kids weren't so crazy about it, how i'd view the game at this point. I mean I believe I was 13 when I began playing so that holds the "little kid" stereotype a bit higher for me, and I will screw around on it on rare occasions, but besides that, the charm is gone.

That's a good point. People are buying the merchandise as it is still in stores, though.

I still play minecraft sometimes. Maybe once a week. But I am Def not a fan boy of it. I bet @Oni is a Mc fan boy tho (jk <3)
Only time I spent a really long time on it at once was when I was getting all the achievements on the 360 version
